Your account page

Your account page on our website shows your plan and where it is billed. Sign in with the same account that you use in the app.

What you see

• Signed in as - the email of the account.
• Your plan - the plan name and its date. "Renews on" means it continues. "Active until ... then ends" means it is cancelled and stops on that date.
• Where it is billed - "this website", "App Store" or "Google Play".

Buttons

• Manage subscription - for a plan bought on our website. It opens a secure Stripe page. There you can cancel, change your plan and update your card.
• App Store or Google Play buttons - for a plan bought in the app. They take you to the store, because the store bills you.
• Choose a plan - shows when you have no plan.
• Log out and Delete account - at the bottom of the page.

Lifetime access shows "Lifetime access. No renewal needed."

Plan not showing?

Make sure that you signed in with the same account as in the app. If it is still wrong, contact us.
