Panjabi Go Last updated: 29 September 2026
This policy explains how the Panjabi Go website (panjabigo.com) uses cookies and similar technologies, and the choices you have. It is part of our Privacy Policy, which is published by Nihaal Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
This policy covers our website only. The Panjabi Go mobile app does not use cookies. What the app collects is described in the Privacy Policy.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. Websites also use similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage and tracking pixels. In this policy, "cookies" means all of these.
Your Choice Comes First
When you first visit our website, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies.
- If you choose Accept, we load Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
- If you choose Decline, none of these load. The website works in the same way.
- Before you choose, none of these load.
You can change your choice at any time with the Manage cookie preferences button at the end of this page. If you withdraw consent, the page reloads and these tools stop running.
Strictly Necessary Storage
These items are needed for the website to work, so they do not need your consent. We do not use them for analytics or advertising.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
pg-cookie-consent (local storage) | Panjabi Go | Remembers whether you accepted or declined cookies | Until you change it or clear your browser data |
sb-...-auth-token (local storage) | Panjabi Go (Supabase) | Keeps you signed in to your account on the website | Until you sign out |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Cloudflare | Checks that a waitlist or newsletter sign-up comes from a person, not a bot | For the check only |
Analytics Cookies (Only With Your Consent)
These help us understand how people use the website, so we can improve it.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_<ID> | Google Analytics | Counts visits and shows which pages people use | Up to 2 years |
_clck, _clsk, CLID | Microsoft Clarity | Records clicks, scrolls and page movements, and makes session replays and heatmaps so we can find confusing parts of a page | Up to 1 year (_clsk: 1 day) |
Advertising Cookies (Only With Your Consent)
| Name | Provider | Purpose | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
_fbp, _fbc, fr | Meta (Facebook) Pixel | Measures whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and sign-ups, and lets us show our ads to people who visited our website | Up to 90 days |
When the Meta Pixel runs, Meta receives information such as the pages you visit, your IP address and browser details. Meta can link this to your Facebook or Instagram account. Meta acts under its own privacy policy.
Third-Party Cookies
Google, Microsoft and Meta set some of the cookies above. They are responsible for how they use this data under their own privacy policies:
- Google: policies.google.com/privacy
- Microsoft: privacy.microsoft.com
- Meta: facebook.com/privacy/policy
When you buy a subscription on our website, you go to a checkout page run by Stripe. Stripe sets its own cookies on that page to prevent fraud and process your payment. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Other Ways to Control Cookies
- Use the Manage cookie preferences button below.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. See your browser's help pages for instructions.
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Change your Meta ad preferences.
